1. About Abdu Market

Abdu Market is a neighborhood grocery store in Canton, Michigan. Our online store lets customers browse products, pay online or on arrival (when enabled), and choose curbside pickup or local delivery where available.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate contact information, including a valid phone number for order updates.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or submit fraudulent orders.

3. Orders and Pricing

• Product availability, prices, and taxes are shown at checkout and may change without notice.
• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors, payment issues, store hours, or delivery limits.
• Substitutions are not made unless we contact you and you agree, or as otherwise stated in store policy.

4. Payment

• Accepted payment methods may include Clover Hosted Checkout, Stripe, and pay-on-arrival when enabled in store settings.
• Online payments are processed by third-party providers. Abdu Market does not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Orders unpaid or abandoned may be cancelled.

5. Curbside Pickup

• Pickup orders are prepared for collection at Abdu Market in Canton, Michigan.
• When you arrive, use the “I’m Here” feature (when available) or call the store so staff can bring your order out.
• Please collect orders within a reasonable time. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and restocked.

6. Delivery

• Delivery is available only in selected Canton, Michigan ZIP codes (currently 48187 and 48188), when delivery is enabled.
• A delivery fee and minimum order amount may apply and are shown before you place the order.
• You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details, inaccessible locations, or nobody available to receive the order.
• Delivery windows are estimates. Weather, traffic, and order volume can affect timing.

7. Store Hours

Online ordering may be limited when the store is closed. If you place an order near closing time, fulfillment may move to the next open period unless we notify you otherwise.

8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

• If an item is unavailable after payment, we will refund that item or offer a suitable alternative when possible.
• Perishable grocery items generally cannot be returned once delivered or picked up, except for quality issues reported promptly with order details and photos when requested.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable and may take several business days to appear.

9. Customer Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the catalog abusively, or harass staff or drivers. We may refuse service for unsafe or abusive behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Abdu Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, delayed orders, or product unavailability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
